Do I need to be home during the clean?+
Nope. Most of our customers give us a key or door code and come home to a clean house. If you prefer to be there, that's completely fine too.
Do you bring your own supplies?+
Yes. We bring everything we need including eco-friendly cleaning products. You don't need to provide a thing.
Are your cleaners background-checked?+
Every single one. Before anyone joins the Cactus Cleaning team they go through a full background check and vetting process. Your home and your family's safety matters to us.

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. You're covered.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?+
Call us within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right — completely free. No arguments, no fine print.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?+
We do our best to send you the same cleaner for every visit. Consistency matters to us and to you.
How long does a clean take?+
It depends on the size of your home and the type of clean. A standard clean for a 3-bedroom home typically takes 2–3 hours. We can give you a better estimate when you call.
