Services
We provide residential cleaning services in Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, and Scottsdale, Arizona. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; final pricing may vary based on actual home size, condition, and scope of work.
Scheduling, Access & Cancellations
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules; short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional charge.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common forms of electronic payment.
SMS / Text Messaging

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cactus Cleaning Company's total liability for any claim arising out of services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
